"If sequestered pain made a sound, the universe would be humming all the time." ~ Stephen Levine
In Embodied Grief, we explore how to process pain, reconnect with ourselves, and find healing through neuro-integrative, body-centered practices. It's time to honor your grief and let it transform you.
Grief is more than an emotional experience—it’s deeply embodied. Our new course, Embodied Grief, offers a trauma informed approach, weaving neuroscience and somatic practices to guide you through healing. This course is designed to remind you that grief isn’t something to conquer or fix; it’s something to feel and process. And in doing so, we honor both our loss and our capacity for resilience. Through this embodied approach, we find not just a way to survive grief, but a way to transform it into a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us. Healing takes time, but every moment spent toward yourself, rather than away, is a step toward integration and wholeness.
I cannot stop your pain but I can ease your path by giving you the right tools for regulation, integration and acceptance.
This class was created for the individual who is suffering through grief and wants to find grace, acceptance and growth through the experience.
Dr. Mo brilliantly blends ancient practices with modern neuroscience to gently guide you through grief on your healing journey.
Grief and loss touch each of us, and the way we navigate it shapes our entire lived experience.
Grief, much like trauma, isn’t just a mental or emotional experience - it’s something our bodies hold onto, often deeply and sometimes silently. Stored in the nervous system, grief can manifest beyond sadness and depression, expressing itself as tension, fatigue, anxiety or even chronic pain.
While talk therapy can offer valuable insights, it addresses grief at the level of thought alone. By tapping into the body’s innate intelligence, we can access the layers of grief that live beyond words and thoughts. Using embodied practices, we open pathways to release and heal grief physically, allowing for a more holistic and integrative approach that can bring lasting relief and resilience in ways that is simply not possible through talk alone.

Healing grief is not about erasing pain or rushing through it. It’s about creating space for the emotions to flow through us naturally. By honoring this process, we allow grief to soften its grip, making room for clarity, resilience, and even growth. Through this journey, we reconnect with ourselves, rediscover our capacity for love, and reengage with life and community in a way that feels authentic and whole.
