Easing the PATH
I believe my mission on this earth is to ease the path for others... to create a safe space for people to step into their gifts. After many years of mentoring I have cultivated that rare environment where vulnerability and success go hand in hand. Where kindness and integrity are at the core of everything that I do. Where everyone is supported to show up as authentically as possible.
Business
Growth
While many know me for my science brain, my business acumen is equally formidable. I started coaching my first clients (chiropractors, dentists and other entrepreneurs) while I was still in practice, managing a wildly successful integrative health center. Today I mentor people all over the world to help them achieve their own wild success. I am best described as a solutions focused, passion forward business mentor.
Personal
Development
Who you are as a person precedes everything else. Day by day, what you do and how you treat others is what matters most. Here's the invitation... choose to make your life an exquisite masterpiece. Because it is. The focus here is not about being better. My belief is that you are already perfect. Our work is to unpack the messiness so that your true beauty is what shines through the layers. And that will light the path for others.
Communication
Mastery
Not every conversation will change the trajectory of someone's life... but any one conversation can. The focus here is on finding your authentic voice. The challenge to being authentic is accepting the vulnerability that not everyone is going to like us. And that is okay. Not everyone needs to. The gift of artful communication is that everything and anything we communicate to others tells them who we are & how we wish to be treated.
Transition
& Loss
Perhaps there is no greater struggle than times of significant change or deep personal loss. Whether you have lost a loved one or are choosing a new life path, how you approach the struggle will determine the outcome of every moment of your life. Our ability to deal with the struggle is not in getting through it but in learning to befriend the tender heart that is living it. Daily contemplative practice will play a key role here.
